My Propaganda from Popular

BookFest@Malaysia 2009, organized by Popular Book Company (M) Sdn Bhd, is back this year; its theme this time around is "Reading is Inspiring".

As myself personally visit the book fair, it got this "WOW" effect from what I saw. It was huge and wide range of books available with lots of discount privileges. Guess what, I saw crowds of bookworms, too XD

For those who are book lovers, you will be surprising as the price is marked down really really low. I did a price comparison of Kinokuniya bookstore KLCC and Popular Bookfest, imagine 1 set of Twilight novels (all in 4 chapters) are sold at RM139 in the bookfest while Kinokuniya bookstore sells RM188!!! Rm50 makes a big difference you know?! I can buy 2 pints of New Zealand Natural and get 1 free with the promotion now in KLCC with the RM50!!!

For those who doesn't read and easily get headache with words, no worries, there are wide range of stationaries, CDs collection, and some certain products that you can find inside, with really really low price as well.

Imagine the Bros water bottle that everyone has now, the usual price in the market is RM15+-, with the discounts, my friend got it for only RM10 nett (price are subject with different items).

Well, my eyes were sharp enough to spot good deal's. I got myself a new water glass!!!

How lovely! I wanted this for so long since the day I saw this in Jusco, it was RM30+- if I'm not mistaken. Guess how much I got this? Its RM10 only together with the eco-friendly pack! I consider today is my lucky day woohoo! Now all of my beverages could be deadly :p

Actually there was another small tiny little glass, I supposed it is a tequila shot glass, but with a very unique design.

I google a lil' bit of the manufacturer. Those are the production of Propaganda from Thailand. I find it very fascinating! Do visit their website, you will never regret to see such impressive product they have.

Search Job

I have difficulties of making buying decision in the super-store, especially those comes with various selection of a same product. My friend would always suggest me to buy all. Seriously I will not give a sh*t lah.

Same goes to my career wise, I'm facing super dilemma now. It's hard to choose the right path, once you take it, it is very hard to turn back. It's kinda pathetic to say that a person's age like me, still floating on nowhere.


Most probably, as for those generation X and Y whos being very choosy and selective in ways of getting something better (Basically they just want to make life easier lah).


My family would always encourage me to bitter before sweet. Eventually, I did. I would always rather do things from the bottom, then slowly up up up to the sky-high. Apparently I know there are some people who has the same age as me, sitting on their nice leather sit in their own office. Well, what to say, maybe they are smarter.

Ok lah, I'm not as smart as those people lah, I have low IQ lah, what to do?

Understanding Cigar

I've learnt something good but not useful enough to use on myself.
Any smokers out there? Hardcore smokers may I have your attention please?


Apparently, I joined Cigar training today. Knowing that myself is not a smokers, but I gain something general. Do you know what is a cigar? and how are they made? and how to smoke a cigar?


Well just start from the history. Cigar was found by a person name Christopher Columbus (1492) who came across a race of Indian contentedly smoking tobacco leaves roughly rolled into a shape, and they called it 'Cohiba', which people would preferably call it cigar.

In ways of planting a good tobacco, very important that to have 3 conditions, a perfectly blend of Sun, Soil, and Skill (as refer to plantation and fermentation process). Question, why do cigar have to be fermented? Its not liqueur like wine though. Well, indeed, the tobacco leaves has to undergo drying process and fermentation for 2 years. I'm talking a good cigar, those cheap ones that you found in 7-11, don't expect too much from them, they are made in the other way.

The cigarattes which commonly seen, the tobacco is inside the filler with the filter butt. Interestingly, cigar is made from 100% of tobacco, from top to toe. Its deadly omfg!


How to light up a cigar?
Well, eventually there are easy ways but complications ahead.

1. Cut off the sealed end with scissors or a Guillotine cutter, ensuring that you leave a small ring of the cap to keep the wrapper-leaf from unraveling. That is the end to be cut and put in your mouth.
   
   
2. Then, use a lighter or wooden matches (as refer to those uncivilized people =p), hold the tuck end of the cigar above the flame at 45 degrees. Rotate it as you toast evenly and draw gently, only when the cigar is completely lit.

Find it easy?

If you find difficulties of lighting up a cigar? Most probably its because it is damp, or moist due to the humidity level in Malaysia. Let it dry at somewhere under the hot sun, then try to light it up again.


So much to learn about cigar. As for non-smokers, it is advisable to start with mild ones or added flavors (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry etc.). I was been told that people will puke after smoking heavy taste cigar.

Well, I'm sure I don't want to put myself into these kind of suffocation, assorted flavor not bad also what? =p

Lost in the Bright and Shine

The day is bright and shine, but yet I couldn't see the path clearly. I've been asking myself what I want for my life, but the answers are still floating. Recommendation is bullshit, you do not want to let other people to interfere your own life, don't you?

I have couple of thoughts in my mind now. Having the ambitious dream to work in a huge hotel corporation line, but qualification is a problem. My friends whos working overseas now, they are having a good time there. I was being so supportive that encourage them to take the challenge of breakthrough, and yet I am still standing at the same old point thinking of little this and that. What couldn't I have the courage to make decision...

believing in what you can do, I must!

No more complaints, mom says everywhere is an opportunity, all I need to do is search, search for it or else it will not come to you.

It's time to play cat & rat, hide & seek.
